Prof. Onookome Okome has made donations to the School's Library. The donations include 24 titles of books in the field of Media and Communication, 41 volumes of The Journal of the Society for Cinema and Media Studies titled Cinema Journal, 55 volumes of Modern Language Association of America publications titled PMLA and 8 cassettes containing feature films.

The GfK Centre in collaboration with the School of Media and Communication, Pan-African University, is hosting an interactive Forum on Market and Social Research with the theme, Industry Growth through Research. The event will take place on July 25, 2012.
