Emevwo A. Biakolo |

A Professor of Cultural Communication, Emevwo Anselm Biakolo has over 23 years of University teaching in Nigeria and abroad. He has spent 15 years of journalism practice at senior editorial level and 10 years of management experience in the communication industry.
He is at present the dean of the School of Media and Communication of the Pan-African University. From 1998 - 2007 he was the Director, Communication and Publishing, Black Accents Communications, Gaborone. |

Michael Okolo |

Dr Mike Okolo is the Director of Professional Education in the School of Media and Communication (SMC), Pan-African University. He joined Pan-African University in 2004 after garnering experience in many facets of human endeavour. As the Corporate Affairs Manager of the university (a position he held till January 2009 after 5 years) he was a pioneer staff of the SMC that has developed into a school of repute, running academic, as well as Professional Education. He is also a faculty at the school in the area of Corporate Communication.
In addition to his teaching sessions, Dr. Okolo has led many trainings, seminars, workshops and conferences within and outside the country. |

Eduard F. Schmitter |
|
Born in Mexico in 1936, Dr. Eduard F Schmitter was granted Nigerian Citizenship in July 2009. He holds an MSc in Astronomy and a PhD in Astrophysics from the University of Wisconsin.
He has been working in Nigeria since 1972, first in the Physics Department of the University of Lagos until 1991 and then in the Pan-African University until 2006 when he retired. However, he continues to render his services to the Pan-African University where he teaches Mathematics in the PhD programme of Lagos Business School and Statistical and Quantitative Research Methods at the School of Media and Communication. |

Ikechukwu Obiaya |
|
At present, Mr. Obiaya is studying for his PhD at the University of Navarra in Spain. His research work is based on the Nigerian film industry.
Mr. Obiaya has a background in English having obtained his first two degrees in that field. He has practical experience of the media given his work in both a television house and a publishing company. |

Kenneth Esere |
|
Mr. Esere is an honours graduate in Sociology and Anthropology from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife. Following a short stint with the Presidency, he moved into the area of Computer Graphics. Prior to joining the Lagos Business School (LBS) in 2003, he had had extensive experience in design and print publication.
He is currently the computer graphic artist of the Pan-African University and a facilitator for various programmes on computer software. |

Patrick Enaholo |
|
Although an Engineer by training, Mr. Enaholo has evolved into an Internet specialist. He has acquired several years of experience working for companies and as a consultant on Internet-based projects.
By virtue of his wide knowledge in this area, he has been able to help companies develop their corporate image and business processes on the Internet through websites and web applications. At the School of Media and Communication, he disseminates this knowlege through teaching along with continuous research work. |

Pius Onobhayedo |
|
Mr. Pius Onobhayedo is an IT professional with vast experience in the area of effective use of Internet innovations in driving business success. At present, he is studying for a PhD degree at the University of Navarra, Spain, with a research focus on new media.
Prior to joining the faculty, he was the founding head and Chief Technology Officer of SWGlobal (formerly SocketWorks), an Internet generation software company. He holds an M.Sc degree from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. |

Oluwatomi Vincent |
|
Oluwatomi Vincent LLB (Ife) teaches Law, Taxation & Policy; Media Law and Professional Ethics respectively at the School of Media and Communications, Pan African University.
He obtained his LLB from University of Ife and LLM from University of Lagos. He was enrolled at the Supreme Court of Nigeria upon his admission to the Nigerian Bar. He is also a Notary Public of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He is an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management and the Chartered Institute of Taxation Nigeria. |

Richard Okhumale Ikiebe |
|
Richard Okhumale Ikiebe, a Senior Fellow with the School, is an accomplished Media and Management Consultant. He worked as Special Adviser to the Chief of General Staff and as Special Assistant to Minister of Information. He served as World Bank Consultant to the Federal Ministry of Information and the Bureau for Public Enterprises (BPE); as Communication Consultant to Vision 2010; and the AU, among others.
A former editor with the Pan African News Agency, Dakar Senegal, Ikiebe has worked with the Daily Times of Nigeria, Newswatch and hosted acclaimed radio and television programmes for networks in Nigeria. Ikiebe is Vice-Chairman of the Board of Cornerstone Insurance Plc., and he was on the Council of the Nigerian Investment Promotion Commission (NIPC). A director and a Fellow of the Institute of National Transformation, (INT), he holds two degrees from the Universities of Ohio and Wisconsin, USA, and a diploma from the Nigeria Institute of Journalism, Lagos. |

Josef Bel-Molokwu |
|
Born in Benin City of Onitsha parentage on April 6, 1947, Josef Bel-Molokwu graduated from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, before obtaining a PhD from Somerset University. He graduated in journalism at the top of his 1973 class and the entire Faculty of Arts, and has won several academic and professional awards.
He served as the second registrar/chief exective of APCON, from 1994 to 2005. Dr Bel-Molokwu has since 1977 taught on adjunct basis in several higher institutions and runs his own consultancy firm, Sef Patri Services Inc. He has published three books in advertising and business communication. He is now a Senior Research Fellow at the School of Media and Communication, Pan-African University, Lagos, and member of faculty of the ESUT Business School. He is also a course developer, writer and editor for the National Open University of Nigeria. |

James Tar Tsaaior |
|
James Tar Tsaaior holds a PhD in English from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. He has taught for over a decade in universities in Ibadan and Lagos. His research interests include African and Afro-Diasporic Literatures, Folklore, Gender and Cultural Studies as well as Literary Theory and Criticism, the New Media and Film Studies.
He has published in these areas in reputable local and international journals such as Kunapipi, The Ker Review, Journal of African Literature and Culture, Journal of African Literature and Culture and Journal of North African Literature.He is also a media consultant, respected columnist and has been an editorial board member of some Nigerian national newspapers. |
